13. Slug caterpillar: Thosea apierens (Cochlididae: Lepidoptera) 

Damage symptoms: Irregular feeding and defoliation are the symptoms of attack.

Bionomics: It is a brown stout moth with a pair of white bands on forewings.  Larva is green with stinging hairs.
